When you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. In the confirmation email you will find all information you need to know about the products, prices, billing and shipping address. Please make sure this information is stated correctly. When you receive your order and if something is wrong with your product(s), please contact our customer service immediately. You must be 18 years old or have your parent’s approval when ordering.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices in the shop are quoted in EURO (€) and all prices are inclusive of 25% VAT. We reserve the right for any printing and printing errors, and we reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice (not on already placed orders).
For customers outside Sweden we offer payment by using Paypal.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
We aim to send Your products within 3 days after Your order has been placed, except for non-workdays. If Your delivery address is outside of Sweden, we use recommended mail through PostNord. Our shipments usually takes up to 5 working days after the post office receive Your order from our warehouse. With Your order you receive a unique tracking number. You can use this number to track Your order all the way through PostNords website:
When Your order has arrived You will get a notification to go and pickup Your order at assigned pickup place.
The freight cost is 10€.
We comply with the Personal Data Act since it came into force in 1998. The Personal Data Act aims to prevent the violation of personal integrity in the processing of personal data. You can always request correction, an extract and request that we remove your information from our registry.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Fill in the return slip you received in the delivery. The return/processing time is up to 14 days.
Right of withdrawal:
You have a general 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of an item that you ordered. The product must be in marketable condition with undamaged packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you will pay for the costs of the return. When using the right of withdrawal, the full amount is refunded.
When exchanging a product, the following applies:
* We will pay for the costs of the return to us.
* We will send out the new product to you.
Please contact our customer service to make any complaint. Upon receipt of a complaint of defects or anything that results in a return of the product, we will send a prepaid return ticket and instructions to you. Always report any complaint as soon as possible. The processing time for a complaint is up to 14 days.
If you do not pick up your products that you ordered, you will be charged our cost to send your package back and forth as well as storage costs. The cost is currently 25€. Unpacked packages are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's current circumstances, such as work conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier. Furthermore, no liability is taken for any changes to products/product features that may have occurred due to respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. Nor is the company responsible for direct or indirect damage/loss that may occur to the customer.
